ANALYST - FINANCIAL OPERATIONS & REPORTING

Manage Client, Services Provider, and Business Partner billing by obtaining a complete understanding of the contract-service-billing cycle across Sales, Contract Management, and Accounts Receivable. Perform quality control checks to ensure all tasks are properly vetted while resolving invoice disputes and validating claims for revenue assurance. Generate ad-hoc client billing reports, financial P&L reports, and customer/product contract reports to provide leadership with revenue and utilization insights. Work in a high-paced environment, applying product knowledge to make decisions and multitask to meet strict deadlines.
