Analyst, Financial Operations - Hybrid (Livonia, MI)

Conduct data capture, analysis, and reporting to support Trinity Health leadership in achieving operational efficiency. Audit department information, produce reports, and suggest process improvements while serving as a financial consultant between business unit operations, the system office, and ministry finance teams. Plan, coordinate, and prepare business unit operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses. Independently pull and analyze data to develop presentations, dashboards, and tools that monitor key metrics and trends. Research, collect, and synthesize information to define progress, ROI, and impacts for strategic decision-making.
