Analyst Financial Advisory Support

Analyst Financial Advisory Support assists Ameriprise financial advisors and staff to deliver a high-quality client experience by supporting servicing, planning, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research and processing trades and transactions, preparing and summarizing client meetings and follow-ups, coordinating new business paperwork and onboarding, scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, supporting marketing compliance documentation, and helping enhance the advisors’ social media presence. The role requires licensing readiness (Series 7 and state-specific licenses as needed), strong communication, proficiency with MS Office, familiarity with financial products (mutual funds, insurance, retirement services), attention to detail, ability to meet SLAs, and a collaborative, in-office/hybrid work arrangement. The position is in Noida, India, and involves in-person collaboration with the advisor team, with a flexible hybrid work schedule (three days in-office per week, two days remote).
