Job Summary
Analyst, Finance Strategic Initiatives to support high-priority strategic initiatives across Finance, M&A, and Integration through financial modeling, quantitative/qualitative analyses, and development of executive materials. Key duties include creating dashboards and visualizations, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, HR, Operations, Technology, Solutions) to support integration, identifying value-creation opportunities, monitoring milestones/risks, and aiding operating-model improvements. The role involves pricing analysis with P&L impact, and collaboration with business and technology teams (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1–3 years of analytical experience, advanced Excel/Tableau/PowerPoint proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. Onsite four days per week in Miami, FL; U.S. work authorization required. This position emphasizes governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives within a wealth-management context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience creating executive-level presentations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, or professional services is a plus
