Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, reporting, data analytics, or process improvement preferred
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tableau, including report viewing, validation, refresh checks, and dashboard maintenance
  • Exposure to Snowflake, SQL, or similar data platforms preferred
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development of simple tools, scripts, reports, and workflow solutions for process improvement
  • Ability to review data sources, validate report completeness, and identify data gaps or inconsistencies
  • Good Excel skills, including basic formulas, lookups, pivots, and data checks
  • Exposure to ERP systems, finance tools, or reporting platforms is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and organized work approach
  • Good communication skills, with ability to coordinate with stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams
  • Willingness to learn reporting tools, data processes, and basic automation concepts
  • Good problem-solving skills to help address reporting, data, and operational issues
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, reporting requirements, and team priorities
