Job Summary
Analyst for Finance Operational Excellence within the Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) focusing on process improvement, automation, governance, and SOP/workflow documentation. The role supports PMO activities, cross-functional collaboration, and the delivery of high-quality finance operations; responsibilities include process mapping, project tracking, automation opportunities, documentation updates, tool development with AI-assisted methods, and coordination across local/global projects. Required skills include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of finance/operations experience, Tableau and data-analytical capabilities (SQL/Snowflake and ERP exposure), strong Excel proficiency, and effective communication for stakeholder coordination. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, metrics governance, and adaptability to changing business needs, with a hybrid work arrangement in Manila, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, reporting, data analytics, or process improvement preferred
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tableau, including report viewing, validation, refresh checks, and dashboard maintenance
- Exposure to Snowflake, SQL, or similar data platforms preferred
- Exposure to AI-assisted development of simple tools, scripts, reports, and workflow solutions for process improvement
- Ability to review data sources, validate report completeness, and identify data gaps or inconsistencies
- Good Excel skills, including basic formulas, lookups, pivots, and data checks
- Exposure to ERP systems, finance tools, or reporting platforms is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and organized work approach
- Good communication skills, with ability to coordinate with stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams
- Willingness to learn reporting tools, data processes, and basic automation concepts
- Good problem-solving skills to help address reporting, data, and operational issues
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver within tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, reporting requirements, and team priorities
