Job Summary
Understand client requirements and project goals to ensure alignment with deliverables and timelines. Identify, recruit, and screen subject matter experts for qualitative and quantitative research projects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry databases. Engage with experts to confirm suitability, coordinate consultation schedules, and manage accurate communication across all parties. Submit expert profiles for internal review and client approval while maintaining detailed records of experts, payment information, and compliance documentation on internal trackers. Address expert queries regarding onboarding, payments, and project processes in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with internal policies and information security standards throughout project execution. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across international teams and industries while strengthening client relationships within IDR's global expert network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
