Job Summary
Collect, clean, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support case strategy and economic arguments for clients navigating competition, regulatory, and commercial disputes. Conduct economic, statistical, and econometric analysis using relevant software while reviewing literature and market evidence to inform client engagements. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and expert deliverables for courts and authorities, ensuring accuracy and quality of all project outputs. Participate in client meetings and internal discussions with multidisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based analyses for complex domestic and international matters.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply economic theory to practical business situations
- 1-3 years of experience using statistical or econometric software such as Stata, R, Python or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams
- Professional proficiency in English and German
Desired Qualifications
- A PhD is advantageous for Senior Analyst candidates
