Job Summary
The Digital Operations Analyst at e.l.f. Beauty is a technical-functional role providing day-to-day support, stability, and effective use of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and adjacent Regulatory and R&D systems. Acts as a first-line of support for PLM-related workflows, configurations, and system behavior, coordinating with Regulatory, R&D, Product Development, Product Innovation, and Master Data teams. Responsibilities include supporting system releases, testing, and validation; reinforcing standard business processes across Regulatory, R&D, PD, and Product Innovation; helping users understand system functionality and data flow; identifying process gaps and proposing functional improvements; collaborating with global stakeholders; handling ad-hoc reporting and inquiries; documenting workflows and issues to improve usability; and compiling Dossier & PIF for Regulatory Teams. Qualifications emphasize 5 years of experience in PLM/system support, strong cross-functional communication, ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, problem-solving skills, and comfort with flexible hours to collaborate with U.S.-based teams. Interest in beauty/cosmetics or skincare is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a technical-functional or systems support role for PLM or similar enterprise business systems
- Strong understanding of business processes across the product lifecycle, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or regulated consumer products
- Familiarity with Regulatory, R&D, or compliance-driven workflows is strongly preferred
- Comfortable supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and working within established system configurations (not responsible for data build or architecture)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear, confident communicator, able to work across business and technical teams
- Ability to work flexible hours to support collaboration with U.S.-based teams
