Analyst, Development

Support Real Estate acquisition and agreement curative efforts; prepare materials and deliverables as part of securing county, state, and federal permits; attend county meetings, sponsored events, open houses, and other meetings; identify development prospects and perform site screening; assist with project development diligence and other development workstreams; inform project strategy and prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and other materials as needed; track department key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve metrics where applicable; identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements; perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
