Job Summary
Analyst – Desktop Support in London provides first-line IT support to StepStone's users, acting as the local IT point of contact for office-based issues. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving incidents on PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and email/business applications; contributing to the Knowledge Base; documenting problems; and supporting IT projects. Must have working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server and Azure AD; experience with PC hardware/software; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to prioritize workload and work independently. ITIL exposure and ServiceNow/Crestron knowledge are pluses. Role is #LI-Hybrid with a 4-year college degree and 1-3 years of technical support experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree
- 1-3 years of technical support experience, desktop or helpdesk support preferred
- ITIL Framework exposure a plus
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server and Azure Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
