Job Summary
Analyst responsible for day-to-day operations of MUFG's Payments Services Operations, acting as primary liaison with clients, relationship managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless processing of payment requests (domestic and cross-border). Key duties include profiling payment instructions for processing centres, maintaining regulatory compliance, handling Swift messaging, booking FX contracts as required, supporting end-of-day processes and reconciliations, responding to enquiries and escalations, and delivering timely, accurate payments while upholding service levels. The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication with stakeholders in a financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience in payments operations or banking settlements or customer service roles within financial services environments.
- Background may include qualifications in Finance or Commerce; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
