Job Summary
Analyst on the Deals Office’s Reporting & Analysis team responsible for querying, transforming, and analyzing large financial datasets related to Warner Music Group’s artists and songwriters; creating reports, dashboards, and intelligence tools to support financial decisions and deal valuation; maintaining data standards in the internal deal intelligence platform; monitoring the global deal pipeline and governance; leveraging generative AI to speed insights and reporting; requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in analytical roles with strong SQL and data-visualization skills; familiarity with Python and statistics is a plus; office-based role in Los Angeles with heavy collaboration in an in-office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Sciences, or a related quantitative discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced SQL skills
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Streamlit, Plotly Dash)
- Excellent strategic and business acumen with ability to communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience leveraging generative and agentic AI tools to boost productivity in financial settings
- Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
