Job Summary

Manage data quality, integrity, and consistency by defining policies, monitoring data loads, and validating information against defined standards. Analyze, test, and detect inconsistencies in large datasets to propose corrective actions and track quality KPIs. Coordinate with business and technology teams to prioritize requirements, document processes, and implement improvements to data loading and validation workflows. Generate early alerts for potential deviations and provide stakeholder support on data usage. This hybrid role requires 2–4 years of data management experience, SQL proficiency, and advanced Excel skills, with on-site presence for at least two days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in data management, analysis, or quality control
  • Bachelor's degree or final semester student in Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Administration, or related fields
  • SQL proficiency for analysis, validation, and database cross-referencing
  • Advanced Excel skills applied to analysis and information control
  • Experience in data validation and inconsistency detection (quality, integrity, completeness)
  • Knowledge in KPI and data quality indicator management
  • Experience working with large volumes of information and multiple data sources
  • Ability to manage requirements, prioritize, and track deliverables
  • Experience interacting with business and technology teams
  • Knowledge in data loading, transformation, or data flow processes (ETL at conceptual or applied level)
  • Ability to define, document, and ensure compliance with data quality policies and standards (integrity, consistency, completeness)
  • Ability to monitor data loading and ensure timely delivery of reports and databases
  • Ability to analyze, validate, and perform tests on information to ensure defined requirements are met
  • Ability to manage data requirements, including documentation, prioritization, tracking, and change control
  • Ability to detect inconsistencies in information and propose corrective and preventive actions
  • Ability to track data quality indicators (KPIs) and generate early alerts for potential deviations
  • Ability to coordinate with business, vendor, and technology teams to ensure correct information management
  • Ability to propose and implement improvements in data loading, validation, and data management processes, including automation initiatives
  • Ability to document processes, information flows, and associated business rules
  • Ability to provide support to users and stakeholders in information management and usage
  • Ability to participate in defining improvement plans to elevate the quality of information reported by clients or vendors

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with visualization or analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or others)
  • Basic knowledge of data process automation (Python or others)
