Job Summary
Develop and optimize automated processes to ensure high-quality and reliable CRM data within Salesforce. Design rules for validation, deduplication, and data enrichment while creating SQL analyses, reports, and dashboards to monitor data quality and enable data-driven decisions. Build AI-supported solutions and Python-based automations to streamline recurring data processes and evaluate new technologies like n8n or DemandTools to reduce manual effort. Steer cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Product teams to advance CRM governance and data standards. This Business-Funktion role with a strong technical component requires a Bachelor's degree in related fields and experience with CRM systems, SQL, and Python. The position involves working in a hybrid model with a team of approximately 4,000 employees at The Stepstone Group, a global job platform.
