Analyst, Data Center Development (San Antonio, TX)

Job Summary
Prepare detailed financial analyses of proposed developments, including development budgets and underwriting models. Draft comprehensive investment committee memorandums and due diligence reports to support investment decision-making processes. Coordinate development activities with partners and prepare investor materials to communicate key insights and strategic rationale. Monitor data center industry trends, hyperscaler health, and competitive activity. Assist in fund-level forecasting, capital planning, and joint venture structuring. This role requires advanced Excel proficiency and a strong foundation in real estate finance. Must work on-site full-time in San Antonio with willingness to travel and extend hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related financial role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong understanding of real estate capital markets, investment structures, and valuation methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel and work extended hours, as needed
- Must be willing to work on-site full-time in the San Antonio office
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background screen
