Job Summary
Execute complex HR data transactions and system activities across global platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established processes. Maintain data integrity by supporting audits, resolving discrepancies, and delivering timely reporting to support operational decision-making. Administer HR systems including access management, testing, and enhancements while identifying automation opportunities to streamline processes. Develop and audit knowledge articles, process documentation, and work instructions to ensure alignment with standard operating procedures. Participate in cross-functional projects, system enhancements, and data migration activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, or related fields with 3–5 years of experience supporting business or HR systems, preferably including Workday. Remote work model with occasional onsite collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting business or HR systems
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience working with data management, reporting, and system administration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
