Analyst - Data Analytics.Network

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven solutions that enhance network performance, customer experience, and service assurance. Provide network analytics and insights to MTN’s Network functions and other Business functions for informed decision making. Assist the CTO with identifying and championing activities aimed at optimizing performance within the Network division. Develop machine learning models for network monitoring; perform predictive analytics (fault detection, congestion forecasting); build automated dashboards and alerting systems; integrate AI into NOC and performance workflows; maintain data models and pipelines (structured/unstructured data); promote a data-driven culture; contribute to MTN’s Autonomous Network roadmap; develop AI use cases including predictive fault detection, traffic forecasting, network anomaly detection, and root cause analysis (AI-assisted). Education: First degree in any related discipline; MBA or Project Management certification advantageous; Experience: 3-7 years total with at least 3 years in data analytics or ML and telecom network experience; with supervision experience; skills in Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch); exposure to OSS/BSS systems and telecom analytics platforms.
