Job Summary
Analyst, Customer Marketing to partner with the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, driving data-informed decisions to improve engagement, activation, and retention. Responsible for lifecycle analytics, segmentation, cohort analysis, and monitoring multi-channel campaigns; design and implement automated audience workflows; build dashboards in Tableau/Looker/Heap and document models in Confluence; collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Data teams to translate insights into actions that increase product adoption and customer lifetime value.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in an analytical role (e.g., Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Consultant)
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering); Master's a plus
- Strong SQL skills (intermediate to advanced; Snowflake or Databricks preferred)
- Data visualization proficiency (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Excel/Google Sheets advanced data analysis and modeling
- Experience with ETL or Reverse ETL tools (e.g., Fivetran, Hightouch, Census)
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and workflow optimization
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Intercom) and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong storytelling and ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights
- Experience with data warehouses and CRM ecosystems; dashboarding and documentation practices
- Bonus: experience in hospitality or e-commerce industries; understanding of customer lifecycle marketing funnel
