Job Summary

Analyst within Sanofi's Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team in Hyderabad, responsible for designing, managing, and analyzing data-driven incentive plans, supporting localization by allocating sales targets, managing incentive simulations, tracking KPIs and sales targets, and aiding in resource allocation and call planning based on segmentation insights. The role involves creating dashboards and reports to monitor sales force effectiveness and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with global policies and market strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience within commercial operations (preferable within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry)
  • Knowledge of IC and tools like Javelin, Zaidyn, SalesIQ, SQL, SAS etc.
  • Experience of using analytical tools like Power BI, Qliksense, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Alteryx etc
  • High persistency and resilience.
  • Proficient of Excel/word/powerpoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Strong numeracy, analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Education: Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
