Job Summary
Support proposal development, presentations, and client-facing materials for corporate partners. Conduct research on industries, market trends, and capability development priorities. Analyze client needs to design customized corporate education solutions aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with Business Developers, Key Account Managers, Academic Directors, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout the client engagement lifecycle. Prepare benchmarking studies, reports, and internal documentation. Leverage AI and digital tools to accelerate research, strengthen business analysis, and improve productivity while ensuring output integrity. Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices. Support strategic projects contributing to client success and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
