Job Summary
Analyst– Corporate Finance based in Hyderabad, India, joining a small, highly skilled team to support DESRI’s treasury and FP&A functions across wind, solar, and battery projects. You will forecast short- and long-term cash positions at project and corporate levels, track deal flow and upcoming fundings, address liquidity and covenant concerns, optimize distributions, and build or enhance forecasting tools. Engage with lenders, investors, counsel, and senior management on financing facilities, and prepare periodic reports for financing parties and leadership. The role includes initiatives to standardize and document corporate finance processes, workflows, and controls. Requirements include an MBA in Finance or CA, 0-2 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling and analytical abilities, proficiency with forecasting/budgeting tools, and excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or CA degree
- 0-2 years experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Accounting-related functions
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
