Job Summary
Analyst, Corporate Accounting focuses on Blackline administration (90%), assisting month-end close, ensuring SOX controls compliance, and supporting accounting entries, reconciliations and financial reporting for North American entities. The role involves validating benefit cost transactions, accessing benefit provider portals for billing/plan transactions recorded in SAP, collaborating with HR Benefits and Risk Management on cost allocation per entity, and updating desk procedures, policies, SOX narratives and process flows. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, at least 3 years in private accounting, Blackline end-user and administrator experience, SAP/BPC familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft 365; CPA license is a plus. Relocation assistance is provided if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in private accounting or similar experience
- Blackline experience as an end user
- Blackline experience as an administrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Previous experience with SAP/BPC
- Project management/system experience
