Job Summary

Managing corporate roadshows for Japan & AEJ companies. Work independently to organize corporate roadshows virtually and/or physically while communicating with external and internal counterparts from planning to execution. Manage roadshows and its meetings in internal systems and keep them updated. Arrange roadshow logistics (ground transportation, hotel, meals). Handle virtual meetings (WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams) including setup and moderation. Coordinate with investor clients to arrange and prepare for meetings. Focused on Japan products, with occasional AEJ projects. Coordinate conferences, tours, and thematic events (virtual/physical). Support corporate invitations, 1-on-1 meeting scheduling, conference website and registration systems, and onsite logistics. Organize bespoke meetings for investor clients, GM client events, and marketing efforts. Assist GM sales in events and research marketing virtually/physically.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Access, or in Sales/Sales assistant or Client Services
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in dealing with Japanese speaking clients
  • Minimum JLPT N1 Certification (or equivalent business-level Japanese proficiency)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in Tokyo Head Office
  • Team player with self-starter, proactive, positive and learning attitude
  • Able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while working long hours before/during large scale events
