Job Summary
Analyst, Construction Compliance will support construction compliance activities such as Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance, Davis-Bacon Act compliance, and document control within the Construction Compliance team. Responsibilities include leading construction compliance activities across project lifecycles, coordinating milestones across multiple projects, representing the company in discussions with stakeholders and third-party consultants, managing deliverables to meet project schedule, and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Specific duties include project management, risk identification and escalation, regular status updates via the construction project management system, maintaining records per document management policies, overseeing regulatory requirements for tax benefits (Prevailing Wage, Apprenticeship, Davis-Bacon, Local and Domestic Content), document control processes, process development, audits of internal processes, onboarding and training for new team members, and generating reports for Project Managers. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or completion by hire date and internship experience; eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include document control and/or process auditing experience, construction and/or renewable energy experience, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
