Job Summary
Support Consultants and Senior Consultants in the delivery of eDiscovery matters by assisting with data ingestion, processing workflows, and platform configuration. Manage task execution, documentation, and client communications while helping prepare client-facing materials like data summaries and workflow diagrams. Configure and test AI/ML tools including technology-assisted review and predictive coding under senior guidance, and participate in platform setup, user management, and review panel configuration. Troubleshoot technical issues, document resolutions, and contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials. Monitor project progress, update trackers, and coordinate with internal teams to implement workflows for data collection, review, and production. Engage in regular training on industry-standard tools and assist in quality assurance efforts to maintain adherence to established standards.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BSc (2:1 or higher) degree (or minimum 3 years in the litigation support / legal industry)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs
- The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively
- Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven strong desire for knowledge growth and professional development
- Strong eye for detail and an unrelenting commitment to quality and accuracy of the work produced by themselves and their team
- This is a hybrid role, based in our London office
Desired Qualifications
- A general awareness of industry standard software (e.g., Relativity, Nuix) is desirable, however full training would be provided
