Job Summary
Analyst, Compliance Consulting at Kroll supports development and maintenance of compliance programs for a portfolio of registered investment advisers, including development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, drafting compliance manuals and monitoring reviews, and regulatory reporting. The role includes updating clients on regulatory changes, providing ad hoc solutions, and offering client training opportunities, with a focus on MAS rules and regulations and experience in the alternative asset management industry. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a compliance role, strong written and verbal communication, client-facing capabilities, and a track record of leadership and problem solving. Hybrid work arrangement in Singapore (#LI-Hybrid).
