Job Summary
Compensation & Payroll Analyst to lead compensation programs and changes, manage day-to-day payroll and benefits functions, provide payroll/benefits expertise to/train others, handle tax-related projects, serve as the primary ADP contact, use compensation tools for market analysis and job pricing, complete salary surveys, coordinate annual performance reviews and bonus processes, manage annual compensation statements and manager increases, and support HR functions with confidentiality and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and two years’ experience in compensation and payroll, OR EQUIVALENT
- Expertise in statutory requirements involving compensation, payroll, and benefits, and how they interact
- Solid HR generalist background
- Experience in data analysis
- Mastery of Excel
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS
