Job Summary
Conduct market research and reference salary surveys to determine industry pay standards and analyze internal pay data to identify trends. Complete analyses of jobs, wages, and incentives to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness, providing recommendations to HR Business Partners and Recruiting for promotions and offer packages. Participate in annual market pricing processes and compensation surveys while assisting with executive compensation support and the Long-Term Incentive Plan administration. Perform monthly minimum wage audits and analyze data accuracy in stock and HR systems. Support the year-end semi-annual compensation process, including performance management and merit planning, and complete ad-hoc projects as needed.
