Job Summary
Analyst role focused on Commercial Advanced Analytics in Western Europe for Medtronic's CRM business. Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, commercial operations, and operations stakeholders; developing SQL-based data models and AI-enabled analyses; leveraging Power BI, Power Platform (Copilot, AI Builder, Power Apps, Power Automate); and partnering with regional/country stakeholders to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations or business analytics, proficiency in Snowflake/SQL/Python or R, and strong Power BI capabilities, plus experience implementing analytics solutions that support ERP/CRM data structures and business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations or business analytics
- Strong proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R
- Advanced Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Ability to collaborate with regional stakeholders and translate data into insights
