Analyst, Commercial Credit (Data & Strategic Transformation)

Job Summary
Manage, analyze, and transform commercial banking data into actionable insights for strategic and day-to-day decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, standardized reports, and analytics covering loans, deposits, customers, households, and portfolio performance. Validate, reconcile, and monitor data quality to ensure accuracy across reports while partnering with engineering teams on data models. Design solutions that track commercial performance, trends, and key risk indicators, acting as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with KPI definitions and business rules. Work hybrid in Oriental Center building, San Juan, PR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Two (2+) years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics or related roles
- experience within banking or financial services
- Legally authorized to work in the US
