Job Summary
Analyst, Client Technologies in Batam, Indonesia focusing on coordinating project aspects, developing enterprise architecture, and implementing infrastructure and application solutions. Responsible for defining and maintaining SOPs for day-to-day maintenance, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team, monitoring and control mechanisms to maintain solution stability, managing Service-Now incidents and other operational challenges, ensuring SLAs with stakeholders, backing up data and retention policies to minimize data loss, and driving root-cause investigations with corrective actions to improve MTBF. The role requires collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams, budgeting and scheduling adherence, and contributing to policy development affecting operations while ensuring security and compliance requirements are met. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and related experience (typically 4 years) are expected.
