Host specialized workshops and training sessions to help customers leverage Aurora's software for energy market analysis, asset valuation, and investment decision-making. Perform feature-bridging analyses for client projects, providing access to pre-release features and other internal functionalities. Support clients in leveraging Aurora's software outputs within investment processes and transactions, delivering bankable valuations and insights. Apply structured analysis and judgment to complex datasets, balancing multiple sources of information and uncertainty. Help answer client questions across a broad range of topics, ensuring they are able to unlock value from the software, and work with other internal teams where escalations are required. Shape product roadmaps by collecting key customer insights and working closely with internal Product and Development teams to incorporate them into the roadmap. Leverage customer usage insights to drive strategic engagement, adoption, and retention initiatives.
