Job Summary
Provide comprehensive client services and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional banking clients; assist in onboarding and maintenance of client accounts to ensure seamless client experiences; collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction; contribute to client-centric strategies and initiatives; participate in analysis of client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize service delivery; maintain accurate client records and documentation; provide administrative support and coordination as needed.
