Job Summary
Provide clients and accountants with statements, tax documents, and portfolio information while facilitating, monitoring, and reporting on investments and services. Generate portfolio reports including performance, holdings, and tax summaries; prepare asset allocation reviews and customized marketing materials. Collect onboarding documentation, monitor capital calls and redemption schedules, and maintain accurate CRM records. Coordinate team calendars, document client meetings, and support compliance and regulatory requirements. Requires Series 7/65 licensing, 2–5 years of client service experience, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of client service experience, preferably within wealth management or financial services
- Series 7 and/or 65 licenses or willingness to obtain licensing while employed
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a client-focused approach
- Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to meet team and client objectives
