Job Summary
Provide high-touch, proactive service for ultra-high-net-worth clients across lifestyle management, philanthropy, investments, and wealth planning. Assist in executing financial planning strategies, including documentation for wealth transfer, tax planning, asset protection, and estate planning such as trusts and LLCs. Partner with internal teams to manage private banking operations, process bill payments, and coordinate investment documents. Maintain accurate client records in firm platforms with rigorous attention to detail. Execute bespoke client requests and support third-party vendor relationships with concierge companies and advisors.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible candidates are undergraduate seniors expected to graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.2 GPA
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactively and independently solve problems while exercising sound judgment
- Demonstrated passion in high-touch client service and the utmost adherence to confidentiality
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a strong aptitude for learning
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to exceed clients' expectations
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
- Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York or San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy
- We expect candidates to be fluent in using AI tools to enhance their work
