Job Summary
Conduct pre-sales and post-sales support for the Cision platform across 8 APAC markets, including hosting virtual client orientation sessions and answering inquiries via phone and email. Deliver tailored reports and insights based on client needs to drive media analysis and product value. Troubleshoot media monitoring requests and provide training on platform navigation while collaborating with the APAC sales team to align with business objectives. Requires 1-5 years of experience in customer support or sales operations, with fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Full-time, permanent role with hybrid schedule based in Mid Valley City, KL, offering comprehensive medical insurance and 12 days of annual leave.
