Job Summary
Remote Analyst role focused on data capture, analysis and reporting to support Trinity Health leadership in operational efficiency. Responsibilities include auditing department information, generating reports, identifying opportunities, leading performance-improvement initiatives, ensuring CPT/ ICD-10 documentation accuracy for patient billing, charge capture and reconciliation, and providing education to colleagues on coding and charge practices. Requires proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance. Strong emphasis on collaboration with stakeholders to drive operational improvements and patient experience through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant work experience in a hospital and/or Physician Practice environment and experience in revenue cycle, billing, coding and/or patient financial services.
