Job Summary
Analyst, Channel Relationship Manager for SME Banking focused on New-to-Bank client acquisition and growing the liabilities portfolio. Build and manage a robust pipeline through cold calls, network referrals, and partner relationships; drive growth in operating accounts, term deposits, and transaction banking products while meeting sales targets. Serve as a banking solutions expert, articulate DBS SME Banking value propositions, and ensure compliant, high-quality client onboardings. Cultivate partnerships with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored cash management, trade, FX, and other SME banking services in line with regulatory guidelines. Location in Bangalore, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service to SME clients and partners.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of SME / Business Banking Liability sales experience
- Bachelor in finance/economics/commerce or MBA or CA
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience in Current Account Acquisition
- Knowledge of KYC/AML requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
