Job Summary
Research and analyze antisemitic movements, ideologies, groups, and individuals using qualitative and quantitative tools. Write reports, articles, and internal memoranda for public and internal distribution, then deliver presentations and trainings to law enforcement and external partners. Collaborate on planning and executing agency responses to research findings while serving as a subject matter resource to regional offices. Ensure research materials are properly archived. This role requires strong research skills in primary and secondary sources, experience with social media monitoring and OSINT, and the ability to switch between analytical lenses. The position is exempt, located in a hybrid environment with three days in person, and offers a salary range of $71,000 to $75,000.
Required Qualifications
- Well versed in contemporary and historical antisemitism
- Excellent research skills in primary and secondary sources
- Demonstrated experience with social media monitoring tools and OSINT techniques
- Ability to switch between quantitative and qualitative analytic lenses
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment especially when under pressure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Several years' of demonstrable experience and expertise in research, academia, or public policy
- 3 days in person
