Job Summary
Analyst program in Global Private Equity at The Carlyle Group, partnering with Carlyle China and global investment professionals. Responsibilities include performing business, operational and financial analysis to assess investment opportunities, building financial models, conducting due diligence with deal teams and external advisors, preparing internal and external reporting materials, collaborating with management to drive value creation for portfolio companies, and shaping long-term investment themes and strategy for Carlyle in China. The role provides exposure to a breadth of industries, investments, and exit decisions over a two-year period.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or economics from a top global university
- GPA 3.5 or above
- 1.5-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or similar
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial modeling skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with Mandarin preferred
