Job Summary
Analyst within the BREDS capital markets team supporting liability-side portfolio management for CRE loan financings. Responsibilities include sourcing financing quotes, coordinating closing and funding logistics, drafting diligence materials, preparing market/transaction materials, negotiating terms with lenders and external counsel, and ongoing management of financing pipelines. Candidate will develop knowledge of US loan financing markets, manage multiple workstreams, coordinate across BREDS and Brio teams, and generate regular reporting on financing activity, terms, and counterparty exposures. Key skills include real estate finance acumen, financing negotiations, project management, data analysis, and strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or related fields
- strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work independently as well as in a team
- strong maths and excel proficiency
