Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in finance, real estate, business, or a related field
- One (1) year of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, CMHC mortgages, valuation, risk, or credit analysis
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage data and timelines in a high-paced capital markets environment
