Job Summary
The Analyst, Capital Markets role at Brookfield Renewable involves executing debt and tax equity financings, developing financing strategies for senior management, and supporting projects to enhance financial management within the organization. Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years of previous experience in project finance or investment banking.
- Experience in financial modeling and familiarity with tax equity and debt structures.
- Strong leadership skills, including a strong sense of personal ownership, commitment, and accountability.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and Power Point and strong financial modeling skills.
- Well organized and ability to synthesize and conceptualize complex ideas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, effective with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to meet multiple objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in renewables would be an asset.
- Recognized professional designation (CFA, CPA) would be an asset.
