Job Summary
Analyst - Business Technology Delivery for HR, Legal & EHS drives IT–business partnerships across HR, Legal, and EHS by governing demand intake, prioritization, and value realization with a focus on automation and simplification. Leads initiatives to simplify, standardize, and digitize core processes across HR (hire-to-retire, payroll, talent management), Legal (contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking), and EHS (incident management, audits, regulatory reporting); promotes an automation-first mindset with workflow automation, RPA, low-code, and digital forms. Oversees AI-enabled solutions such as HR chatbots, AI-driven contract analysis, and predictive analytics for EHS, while ensuring alignment with data governance, security, and enterprise architecture. Partners with Product Owners to deploy digital/AI solutions across LATAM, drives data strategy for HR/Legal/EHS, leads change management, UAT, and value realization metrics, and communicates impact through KPI-driven outcomes. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years in IT/digital roles, with hands-on experience in demand management, process automation, data analytics, and multi-country environments; familiar with tools like Workday, TMF, ADP Enablon, and Cority; English fluency (additional Spanish/Portuguese a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in IT, Digital, or Business Technology roles
- Proven experience in IT demand management and governance
- Experience with value realization and business case development
- Process automation and digital transformation
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and governance
- Experience with AI-driven or automation solutions
- Experience in multi-country or regional environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of tools such as Workday, TMF, ADP Enablon, Cority (preferred)
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish/Portuguese are a plus)
