Job Summary
Analyst Business Systems IT role focusing on collaborating with business partners to identify problems and design solutions across processes, applications, and data. Responsible for documenting requirements, constructing workflow diagrams, writing specifications, and proposing improvements using new or existing technology. Works with Developers and Engineers on technical designs, performs prototyping and configuration, and ensures thorough testing before production. Acts as a liaison between IT and business units, develops reports and dashboards from large datasets, and communicates changes and training to users. Preferred familiarity with Tableau, SQL, SSIS, Power BI, Python, and R to support data analysis and reporting. Medline India (Pune) seeks a self-motivated professional with strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills to drive change and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field
- At least 2 years of experience in system analysis and configuration
- Experience with project management
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and programming
- Experience documenting complex processes and generating supporting diagrams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions
- Ability to assess and initiate actions independently
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, bias for action
