Job Summary
Analyst, Business Systems role at Edwards Lifesciences' IT Innovation Hub in Pune, focusing on application support, data management, testing, and collaboration with stakeholders to implement ERP and finance applications; responsibilities include troubleshooting, service requests, dashboards and reports, building relationships with solution architects, vendors, and IT teams, driving improvements, and developing a solid understanding of supported business processes and applications to ensure availability when services are unavailable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Systems Analyst role related
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an application support or IT support role
- Good understanding and knowledge of ERP enterprise information systems (such as JDE, SAP, MES) , Finance application (such as SAP, Coupa, Concur) or Contract management application
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, rapidly changing environment to support interfaces with multiple systems
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly matrixed environment, collaborating with IT teams, business partners, and external vendors
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across diverse backgrounds, cultures, and time zones, with strong collaboration and communication skills
