Job Summary
Provide strategic performance, portfolio, and financial analytics to support Commercial and Enterprise segment strategies by enabling timely, data-driven decision-making aligned to growth, portfolio optimisation, and risk management priorities. Collate, analyse, and disseminate performance, industry, and market data to track client, sector, and market trends and inform opportunity and sustainable solutions. Drive aligned strategic initiatives and KPIs, manage budgeting and profitability performance, and produce standardised reports and dashboards for Segment Heads’ decision-making across sales activity, pipeline, profitability, budgets, and forecasts. Build insights on portfolio and credit analytics to uncover risks and revenue opportunities and recommend strategies to optimise portfolio composition and risk-adjusted returns. Foster internal collaboration and stakeholder engagement to support client growth and increased share of wallet.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree Business Commerce or related from a recognised Institution
- Minimum of 6 years experience with demonstrated basic understanding of the BCB strategy capability and operating environment
- Exposure to business analytics, performance tracking and KPI reporting, including assistance with monitoring strategic initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- A track record conducting research (data collection & analysis) and reporting across performance, market, and industry information
- Experience analysing financial and non-financial metrics to understand portfolio trends, customer behaviour, and operational performance
- Experience preparing presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for internal stakeholders and management forums
