Job Summary
Maintain and enhance SAP SD and Sales systems, integrating external interfaces and developing custom application solutions. Lead programmers and a functional team in business systems projects, writing functional specifications and manuals for new processes. Consult with business unit management to identify needs, design development plans, and coordinate quality assurance testing. Communicate with customers regarding data interfaces and collaborate with technical teams to implement system solutions. Provide technical assistance in evaluating systems and ensure compliance with customer quality management standards such as TISAX and IATF.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Equivalent experience of 10 years supporting SAP
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Travel with overnight stays
