Analyst, BB TM Implementation responsible for providing service, maintenance, and implementation support for treasury management products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing client satisfaction. Manages implementation and servicing lifecycle, including documentation, approvals, and configuration validation, while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with internal partners to address client needs, ensure timely completion of tasks, and drive a positive client experience. Responsibilities include facilitating process implementation, guiding clients through system setup and documentation validation, managing a dynamic pipeline of tasks, and leveraging Salesforce for monitoring and issue resolution. Requires knowledge of Treasury Management products, strong organizational skills, independent work capability, and excellent customer service and communication abilities.
