Job Summary
The Analyst or Associate in the UMA Solutions team will service and enhance Dimensional’s unified managed account (UMA) offering. Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day client service, portfolio accounting, and custody support. The role involves helping advisors understand UMA practices, contributing to SMA service delivery, and resolving operational issues. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and are expected to have relevant work or internship experience along with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field required
- Relevant internship or full-time work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent critical thinking and written communication skills
- Ability to accurately present detailed information and escalate issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and impact and influence others
- Detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- MS Excel skills preferred
